- Flyers and brochures: each page is one unit. Repeated use of the same Content on one page counts as one illustration (for example, using the same asset in multiple places in a spread counts as one).
- Web pages: each page is one unit. Repeated use of the same Content on one page counts as one illustration.
- Videos: each video is one unit. Repeated use of the same Content in one video counts as one illustration.
- Social media posts: each post is one unit. Separate stories and posts are counted individually.
- Booklets (bound multipage materials such as corporate brochures, newsletters, and pamphlets): the entire booklet is one unit, with up to five illustrations per booklet as the free-use guideline (counted per booklet, not per page).

- E-books are treated the same as printed books. Please consult us in advance for use in books or e-books. Conditions may vary depending on whether the publication is sold and how it is distributed.

- School use: The Content may generally be used free of charge in teaching materials and handouts (including bookmarks and booklets) at educational institutions, including kindergartens, nursery schools, elementary schools, junior high schools, high schools, and universities. Please consult us in advance if the resulting materials will be sold or distributed for profit.

However, converting assets into a redistributable form, such as an asset collection, is prohibited.
- Link directly to the Content, including unauthorized hotlinking to site resources.
